Cayla & Jake’s Birth Story

“My birth was extra special because of Jess. I have known Jess since I was little, so it was so beautiful having her at my birth. She was so helpful, and encouraging. Whether it was asking if I need anything, helping me with the next contraction, speaking loving words over me, or just being present she was perfect at it. I couldn’t have asked for a better doula. She has a motherly presence about her, it sometimes felt like my mom was in the room with me. I especially loved how she brought the Lord into the room, even through the contractions I could hear her quietly praying over me and my baby and it brought me so much peace. I am forever grateful for you Jess and for all you did for my birth! We will be having you as our doula with each new baby we bring into this world. You are a treasure and a blessing and we know you will go on to bless many other mamas! We love you!”
